 ¡¡ School of Education Sciences
Now the School has 35 faculty and staff members, 14 of them have been conferred a Doctorate or Master¡¯s degree, or are engaging in the study of Doctorate or Master¡¯s degree programs, 14 of them are professors or associate professors, and 8 are lecturers. Moreover, 5 well-known experts and professors from other famous universities have been invited to work as part-time professors. The School has been preparing to found three disciplines for Master degree candidates, which are Teaching and Curriculum Theory, Developmental and Educational Psychology, and Education Technology and Network Communication. At present, the School has three laboratories, which are the General Psychology Laboratory, Psychological Consulting Laboratory and Photograph-taking Laboratory, a modern reference room with 10 thousand volumes of books, domestic and foreign periodicals, more than 20 sets of data of audio-visual education programs. Since 2001, the faculty and staff members of the School have had more than 20 scientific research projects of provincial level or above, published more than 200 academic papers, in which 90 have been published in the core journals, composed more than 40 professional books and textbooks. By giving full play to our own advantage, the School has actively conducted such activities as offering technological service and organizing students to take part in social practice. As a result, the School has obtained popularity as well as good social and economic effects. ¡¡ |
